The memorial vase and tablet comes with a Staffordshire blue kerb block, posy holder and a porcelain plaque including an inscription of up to seventy letters.

Inscriptions can be longer providing they fit within the grid. There is an additional charge per extra letter.

There is the opportunity to personalise the plaque with pictures and photographs for an additional cost which will be discussed on application.

The memorials are leased for a period of ten years which can then be renewed for a further ten years. You can order new plaques with additional names or details where required during the lease period.

We will send a letter to the address on our records towards the end of the lease period offering you the opportunity to renew. It is the leaseholders responsibility to contact the office and update the records should you move house. If we do not receive a response, the plaque will be removed and held for 12 months before being disposed.

The memorials are sited around the edge of the Gardens of Remembrance, providing a personal memorial to your loved one. Where possible, the memorials are placed as near as possible to the resting-place of the cremated remains.
