They are slate tablets available in two sizes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe plaque will remain on the wall for a period of either five or ten years from the date when first installed.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAs the rental reaches its expiry date you will be sent a reminder and you can choose whether or not you wish to renew the rental.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhen considering the wording for the memorial it is not necessary to fill the whole tablet. It is quite acceptable to only use one or two lines on a small tablet, or three or four on the large tablet.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe number of letters \/ figures and spaces on each line of the tablet should be limited to a maximum of 24.
